Concrete Canoe Updates

This semester we're having three weekly general meetings. After pour day, these will mostly involve construction work on the canoe (sanding, staining, aesthetics construction, etc.), but until then, we will be doing a variety of things to get us ready for pour day. The Aesthetics and Paddling teams will also be holding additional weekly meetings.

General Meeting Times (meet in KAP Basement Canoe Area):

Tuesdays 1-3pm (first meeting 1/21)

Thursdays 3-5pm (first meeting 1/16)

Fridays 3-5pm (first meeting 1/17)

Aesthetics – Fridays 2-3pm, meet in KAP Lobby (first meeting 1/17)

Paddling – Sundays 9:30am-1:30pm, meet outside KAP, RSVP to (first meeting 1/19)

If you want to paddle at the competition, you cannot miss more than three practices this semester (out of roughly nine). We still have room for more paddlers and it's not (quite) too late to join! Paddling practice is awesome and last time there was a seal swimming in the water by our canoes. You should come.

Steel Bridge Updates new

Steel Bridge has its first meeting this Saturday, 1/18, at 10am in the KAP Basement. We'll be meeting twice weekly throughout the semester, starting next week:

Tuesdays 6:30pm

Thursdays 5pm
