We're leaving for PSWC 2015 in Tucson on Wednesday!  Like us on Facebook for updates from Arizona!

It's crunch time for all the design teams and they need all the help they can get in the final hours. Come to the KAP basement whenever you get the chance until we leave for PSWC and lend a helping hand. There is still a lot to do and every little bit counts!

PSWC Sponsorship Announcement

PENTA Building Group 

We are pleased to announce that the PENTA Building Group has become a “Cardinal & Gold” Sponsor of USC ASCE for 2014-15 with their donation of $1,000. The PENTA Building Group is a general contractor that specializes in hospitality/entertainment, gaming, education, healthcare, and tribal. They recently finished the major renovation of the SLS Hotel & Casino, formerly known as the Sahara. PENTA will also be on USC campus this coming semester, remodeling part of the USC Davidson Conference Center at the corner of Jefferson/Figueroa. Although PENTA is based in Las Vegas, they also have regional offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Tulsa. PENTA is excited to be sponsoring our USC team in April at the 2015 ASCE Pacific Southwest Conference.

Topanga Tree Planting with TreePeople

Time: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Pacific Coast Highway & S. Topanga Canyon Blvd. Malibu, CA 90265

Join ASCE LA YMF as we spend the morning planting trees on Sunday, April 26. We will meet at 8:30 AM at the intersection of the Pacific Coast Hwy & S Topanga Canyon Blvd in Malibu, where we will plant trees until 12 PM.

This volunteer event is apart of TreePeople's mission to restore the Santa Monica Mountains. You can help make a difference! All tools and supplies will be provided. This is sure to be another great community service event. We will also be headed to Malibu Fresh Fish Market for lunch following the event. Please RSVP with Arman Motavvef ( or Kaitlin Hannon (
